I took my electronic devices there regularly, and I lost them due to personal issues and told them they contained evidence in a identity theft case of mine, and they gave me 1 day and sold the phones and laptops. I tried to pawn my new phone from Amazon right out of the box the Samsung box itself. Denied to help me after previously selling me a faulty Xbox controller with the manager standing right there while I purchased out of display case.

Low ball on sold items

They claim to have an "algorithm" for pricing your items , but offer only 5-15$ for stuff that's even over 100$ retail, one time I try to sell some remotes for 15 each and he said they would sell them for 20$ each , he must have forgot he already had some on display and they where selling them for 35$

Defective item

Bought a TV, had it 10 weeks, had taken out the insurance thanks for doing that. The picture went out so I took it back got another TV, but it was smaller and it was dirty.

No one offered to clean it. Had it less than a day and the picture started flashing, took it to another store where the district manager helped me. I got a bigger TV that I was told it was compatible to the first one.

What was told when I took out insurance that if the TV didn't work wright, bring it back and will give you another one of same or bigger size. Not even and when I got the third TV I had to pay 20.00 more dollars and take out insurance again by paying g more for insurance than I did the first time tho I had insurance on the first TV.I guess the store's make their own prices.

I was never told I had to put insurance on each item. SURPRISE, I have been doing business with EZPAWN a very long time.

The store off of Buckner and 175 152 Buckner boulevard the dude inside Mexican guy I can buy anything in the store with my debit card got my paycheck on it but I can't get anything out of pawn with it what the *** kind of s***'s that if you can buy *** with it then why can't you pay for something with it

I pawned some jewelry at your federal heights location I got a call saying my medallion was about to be up for sale the day she called was the day that she gave me until the next day to make a payment are get it out I went the next day come to find out the manager told me that no one called and my medallion was sold and my other piece was was she was callin about first flag then the piece she showed me that was up to be put out for sale was my Louisiana piece that was put in before the medallion by a month so I ask why was my medallion sold when I put it in before my Louisiana charm and she said no that I put that one in last and I told her to show me because I knew for a fact that my last piece was worth more and I didnt wanna even pawn it so I knew that was my last piece I put in and she just kept sayin sorry theres nothing she can do becauseit was gone so I asked why she couldnt show me and she just kept giving me excuses then I asked about the receipts and why do they continuously give customers those receipts that will black out about time you leave the building and then you wont be able to see no numbers no dates no name no nothing on the receipt if anything in such a row, because of the paper folded up so it was intentional the same thing happened with another piece when I came in and made a payment on everything except for one thing two days later I come back in to check on it and make a payment on my other piece. She tell me that they sold my other charm but when she looked in the computer to see that I make a payment just two days before she see it and she say OK the guy that got it he got it on layaway.

If he dont come get it, she will call me so I can come get it, but she never called me so she acknowledged her mistake there, was you didnt do anything about it just allow whoever the person was to continuously take my piece when she couldve called them and gave them their money back but instead she sold it so by no one, she made a mistake. She potentially knowingly went through with doing something that she wasnt supposed to do actually illegal. I made a payment on my merchandise and she sold it two days later acknowledge her mistake in the system, but continued on with the transaction. Im axing for some assistance, please this is a continuous thing with this pawn shop.

Want ask abt a pricing issue at one of your stores

Picked out a pair of jordan shoes that i wanted to purchase, took them up to the counter. The sales person told me that someone made a mistake on the pricing and that they could not sell them to me. That issue is not my fault and i expect to pay what was on the price tag. They can deal with whoever made that mistake later. I spend alot of money with your company. Store is at 1707 s buckner. Bad customer service

My husband bought a ring from them for me for Christmas 1,500 I happened to find it before Christmas and absolutely hated it!!! It looked like a ring that wouldve been in a 90s rap video!!

We took it back in w/receipts and they offered half price!!! It had been 36 hrs since buying the ring for 1,500! And they said theyd buy it back for half! Thats insane they are literal scam artists why would they sell something then 36 hrs later not return it but buy it back for half then all their gonna do is put it back in the case for 1,500 yes my husband shouldnt have made this purchase without speaking to me but damn half price just 36 hrs later!

They should be held accountable something dosent feel right with their policies at all.

Theyre screwing ppl over for sure DO NOT GO TO EZPAWN IN SMYRNA!! Toms pawn just a few short miles down the road is fair and truthful, try them instead!!
