Didn't get all my stuff back when I pulled it out the other day Xbox series s isn't there
Shop anywhere else but ezpawns Employees don't follow ezpawns own rules not to give ANYONE ELSE THEIR PROPERTY giving excuses why they can't pay more but if you sell them something for 20 dollars and they say they can only get 40 out of it but you see the exact items for 80 flat out bs a employee even told me the district manager had no problem with the employees not following corporate rules and regulations and when I tried taking back a camera I had bought arlt 1130 the day before the *** employees refused to take it back saying it was BEARLY OVER 24 HOURS and they sold me the camera without expecting that was supposed to be with it and didn't even make an attempt to make right their wrongs NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM BEFORE THE NEXT DAY HAS ALWAYS BEEN OK even the district manager said they should have NEVER had a problem with it simply because they didn't like getting in trouble with corporate for breaking their own rules. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH ANY OTHER PAWN SHOP ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL DO NOT GO TO THE BELLVIEW AND BROADWAY IN ENGLEWOOD LOCATION.
Because of everything the district manager is putting every employee back into training. But that's not their problem there completely incompetent one employee will say one price another will say something completely different and they rip everyone off. And the employees rather than admitting any wrong doing and trying to make it right they threw their district manager under the bus stating he told them to act like that. If that's how ezpawn teaches their employees to act the screwed up company NEEDS TO GET PUT OUT OF BUSINESS OR GET RID OF ALL THE *** EMPLOYEES AND GET PEOPLE IN THERE THAT CAN STAY ON THE SAME PAGE AND NOT TREAT COSTUMERS LIKE CRAP AND ACT EVEN TELL THE COSTUMER IT'S THEIR FAULT EVEN THE DISTRICT MANAGER AND THE EMPLOYEE I TALKED TO TO REPORT THIS CRAP COULDN'T BELIEVE OR UNDERSTAND WHY EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR YEARS WOULD ACT LIKE THAT.
FLAT OUT PILE OF CRAP CORPORATION EMPLOYEES MANAGEMENT AND EACH AND EVERY STORE DOES EXACTLY THE SAME THINGS. 5 YEARS AGO THIS CRAP WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED THEY HAD GOOD MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES NOT ANYMORE I'LL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

I went in to pawn some equipment, the cashier thought I came in to sell the equipment I use for my company, so I went in today to make a payment and my equipment was on the floor! Instead of rectifying the situation they turned around and made me put my equipment back in lay-away.. situation wasn't handled properly, I have spent over $1,000 In the store on West 10th Street this year alone

They have no problem taking you *** but if you have a site issue when it comes to picking it up they don't give a damn customer service is trash and all their loans are financed usc 15 section 1605 is the law and determination of a finance charge they are taking people *** and paying themselves twice double dipping and taken your property after you gave it away for free because you extended your own self credit and they even got paid for that yeah they have very bad misleading business and they don't care about there customers period

Hold on, this goes deep, but I'll start here because I'm pissed too.
For 6 or 7 years, I've perused the local EZ Pawn, looking for deals as you do. For the last 3 years,I've spent a couple of thousand dollars, visiting almost daily and striking up what I thought was a comfortable relationship with the crew,in particular the 3 mainstays in the revolving door of employees.
In August, I became the victim of identity theft and blackmail and whole litany of crimes I'm going to expose, by my thief and companies,maybe individuals that have played a part of this still ongoing idiocy.
I actually had to pawn my guitars to pay bills,and they're still there, at 240 percent return rate.
The first time I had to pawn something, everything changed. I became the guy pawning his things intantly,instead of the loyal customer and,I thought, friend.
My last excursion brought me face to fret with my daughters guitar, which I gave her for Christmas 2 years earlier. I informed the crew that it was hers and it was a meme,their reaction.
"Really? Anyway..."
I was not amused. I called my daughter to inform the local flatfoots( flatfeet?)and they basically told her tough luck.
So, I called EZHeadquarters. No one cared. I called them out on Twitter. No response.
A Twitter friend and YouTube personality sent me the money to buy it back, at full price mind you, on PayPal ( more on them in a few)
That was completely cool and I could not get PayPal to work. I was furious.The whole time, I was being looked at like a slug on a burger,having to pay for that guitar twice,unable to get a receipt for a police report( my daughters ex girlfriends mom pawned it in her drug induced flight from the law.) them knowing full well the BC Rich *** is indistinguishable and I'm well known there.
I felt betrayed and humiliated, ripped off and pissed at having feelings at all. Out 200 bucks I could have used for bills, that are dwindling because of the identity theft, and treated like garbage.
I've got 8 guitars,an Amp and various tools gathering dust because I looked online for insurance for surgery on my hands. They burn constantly from advanced carpal tunnel and work is pain.
I don't know how I'll get them out,as a 750 dollar loan is now 1300 to pay back.
I'm still being blackmailed and harassed in my case, and my resources are exhausted and I don't have my guitars to while away the depressing time.
I've had no assistance. If my FBI review is still around, look at it. There'll be more tonight.
Too many, honestly.

I feel that the district corporate manager when you call for EZ pawn about district manager can't recall her name but she is rude she does that solve any problems or be reasonable about lost items and employees that lie I spent a lot of money with EZ pawn I lost three pairs of retro Jordans while paying for items to be held but my items were sold and when I was trying to pay to get them out months before and was told they did not have my items in the system and the district manager told me the same and would not do anything bar compensation thing which is not true then they finally found them in the system store manager was no help he lied does and plays clueless about situation did not come through on promise call back about lost prevention but they are very rude at that location and they will put different which I didn't a lot of money in three pairs of brand new shoes

EZPawn in Wheat Ridge on 45th & Wadsworth is absolutely the BEST place to go when you need quick cash and want to get the most for your items! The staff is always very welcoming and fair.
I would like to point out that Norma is beyond fantastic!
Norma truly is a customer service pro because she calls me on any of my items that are nearing forfeiture because she knows I don't want to lose any of them.
I highly recommend Norma.
My only complaint is that I wish that EZPawns text reminders worked better as I only get one here and there. So Thank GOD for Norma!

I went to the store to sell two items, one of which I bought from them 1 week previously. The gentleman behind the counter offered me less than half of what I paid for one of the items.
When I said I would not take the offered price, he attempted to provoke me by calling me a broke !**, and stating that we could go outside; he was not having a good day.
This goes way beyond bad customer service and even predatory business practices. Beware of this store !!!

Complain on store
I had my laptop in pawn here and still had 2 weeks left till payment was due. I call 45 minutes till 5p, they're closing time.
I told the manager that I get offat 4:30 and I will be there ASAP because I need my laptop she told me no worries. When I was 7 minutes away which was 4:55 I called and told her that I was that far away and she said well we closed down at 5:00 and I asked her if she could work with me and she said sorry sir when it's 5:00 we're going home so I continued on my way to the store hopefully she would stay for me.
got to the store 2 minutes after 5:00. The door was locked so I knocked to get employees attention and he said we're closed I told him I really needed my laptop I was there to pay off my loan get my property back told me to come back tomorrow and then another lady came up to the door and pointed at the sign they h the hours of operation on it I asked her the same thing could I get my laptop please she said sorry come back tomorrow and the manager wouldn't even come to the door I rate this store a to zero with no customer service and zero empathy for somebody else's issues which could have been solved very easily by allowing me to get mine that's how about after I already informed you of my arrival time

These people at the rosenberg store 10270 are rude and condescending these employees wouldnt have a job if werent for people needing to pawn something for a loan .I guess they will hire anyone, cause no one is training them no people skills communication is key but once they have your stuff its like own you this the problem there attitude needs adjusting which I know it won't but maybe if enough people get the word out the company will shut down things are bad enough right now and having to deal with people like this .

Bad and Corrupt Business practices and Theft from emplpyees
Michelle is a disgrace!!! She is a terrible manager and even worse person.
I have been a regular customer for many years. This store steals, lies, makes bad arrangements, and screws over people on a regular basis. Michelle is FAKE and a ahow off. She belittles everyone, even her employees do not like her.
I paid in advance on a layaway item . The item cost 324$ my payments were 19.44 a month. I paid 182.00 for my first payment on Sept 21 2024. Was told do not have to make another payment until Nov 7, 2024 and today Oct 18,2024 I was coming in to pay the remaining amount of 142.00 to pick up my item.
Michelle sold it out from underneath me and my last payment was less than a month ago and over 50% of the balance.
Ive reported them to BBB, I have filed an official complaint with corporate and meeting with an attorney!!! Will is the only person I feel is qualified to manage the Wichita Falls location.

On September 6, 2024, at 4pm, I walked into store #1104. I saw a ring, and I gave my ID to Kevin Wilson.
I couldn't believe the price. I asked to have the diamonds checked. I wanted that ring but, because of someone's mistake, it was taken from me, and they said they couldn't sell it to me.
I've tried calling the manager on duty, Carlos Castillo, three times at the store, and I keep getting the runaround. I need to speak to the district director.

I put a 12-gauge Winchester pump shotgun on layaway. The down payment was only $25. I put a $100 down on it and came back the next day to retrieve the gun. However, the manager told me I would have to wait 30 days to get the gun. That wasn't the problem. The issue was she wanted me to pay a $30 restocking fee when I hadn't even purchased the gun yet. This seemed like quite a scam they had going on at EZ Pawn in Conroe, located at 222 South Fraser Street, Conroe, Texas 77301, with the phone number 936-756-****.
I've never been treated this way before. It was very unprofessional. It seemed as if no common sense was applied by anyone working in the store. They all appeared lost and confused, especially the manager. She didn't know what to do, couldn't provide any explanation, nor tell me why this was happening.
I've spent a lot of money at this establishment over the years. I've been dealing with EZ Pawn for more than 30 years. However, this incident has made me reconsider doing business with them again. If they value their establishment in Conroe, they should improve the quality of their staff. It appeared they were more interested in securing an easy ride and their paycheck than in making profits or sales, especially the manager.
This was completely uncalled for. The layaway was only $25 to secure the gun, yet I put $100 on it. Now, they want to charge me more to restock it than it would have cost to put it on layaway. I didn't mind waiting a month to take the gun home, but there was no valid reason provided for me to wait. They just don't know how to exercise their duties effectively. If this is their manager, they should consider bringing in someone else to train them and teach them how to treat customers properly.
